You ever do something, despite your better judgement? I should have listened to my gut (twice, actually). Instead, I didn't. I listened to the experts and now I'm almost $1,000 in the hole. And to think, I could have saved money had I just waited. It started with my last oil change. Story time: I went in for basic oil change and when I left, my car was suddenly making a noise. Took it back in twice that day, I communicated exactly HOW to hear it, I wasn't listened to (ironically enough), and when they couldn't/wouldn't hear it, they said that there was "nothing to repair." I left annoyed and frustrated... My car still makes a noise, mind you. So, fast forward to two weeks ago: my car needed an oil change. Despite my better judgment, I went back to Gallatin Honda, because, well, it was closer than Bowling Green. While performing the oil change, they send me a notification, followed by a phone call, saying my car needs "immediate repair." At first, I say no, just the oil change, please. And I should have stopped there! I should have just let them change the oil and be done with it. But unfortunately, despite my better judgement, I called back about an hour later and advised to no, go ahead and fix everything. Shame on me. Listen up, folks: if you OPT OUT of getting your "immediate repairs" fixed, Honda puts you on a list to entice you to return, this time, they throw in a bargaining chip. That's right--because I had initially told them, "No, just do the oil change," they put my name on an automated list, and I recieved an email 24 hours later saying, "Schedule now to get your immediate concerns fixed and we'll take 25% off!" Again, shame on me for thinking the initial bill was the best possible price. Man, I am in the wrong business! So, obviously, I called them wanting a 25% refund. And you guessed it: "Nothing can be done." I was actually told that the reason the email is sent is because they, "want to do right by their customers" and a "incentive is sent, pretty much at-cost to the dealership," which makes it EVEN WORSE, haha. I was told by the head of the department that he would speak with his higher-up to see if there was anything else that could be done. As you can expect: I haven't heard from the guy since (even after leaving a voicemail the following day). I guess the moral of the story: this dealership is no better than the rest. Absolutely no different. And it's incredibly sad. They hold all the power at the beginning, offering overpriced repairs because honestly, who am I to fix anything serious on my car? And then, when asked for grace, all of a sudden, their hands are tied. "Sorry, not sorry" mentality. What a joke. I would advise you to go somewhere else, but like I said, they're all the same. I guess the take away is to opt out of immediate repairs and hope for a discount coupon (because God forbid you trust them the first time). Service: Oil change

Very good customer service. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and enjoyed the above average waiting room facilities.

Went back multiple times to have my air bags/radio replaced and there was never a record of what was to be done. Was supposed to be called to bring my car back a fourth time last week and never heard from them. Nice people but disorganized. My car still hasn't been fixed.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! Sent my wife here with her accord on 5/12/22 for an oil change only for her to waste 2 hours and be told they couldn't complete the service due to the drain plug being stripped. RED FLAG! They advise we go to the previous shop and see what they would do after they tried to sell us an $800 oil pan replacement( there's other solutions before replacing the entire pan). She takes it back to the previous shop and has them inspect the car, she also goes under the car and videos the tech remove the drain plug without issue. We call Gallatin Honda back and we were offered a free oil change as a resolution lol no thanks we will not be taking any further business to this location, I guess because it was a lonely women another dealership thinks they can take advantage and sell $800 UNEEDED SERVICES AND REPAIRS. Bad business and won't be back. Services: Tires, Oil change
