Completely horrible. My 13yr old went there and they failed my child. I had received a call from a woman who investigated and fired some staff and said she apologized for them being neglectful and not doing their job. My kid was medicated and they asked me to taper her off for 3days then she can start her other medication and I heard nothing. So I called 2 times and I got nothing then weeks later some female called me and asked how things were and I said no one will call back. My daughter went into some withdrawal from the medication she was prescribed due to their neglect on sending the new medication. I'm currently calling her insurance to see what was all miles and to see if anything was charged illegally. This company is not for helping others . So if you are looking for a place to go to DO NOT GO HERE . they will leave you stranded and withdrawing from your medication and won't call you back for anyreason.

I've called for a week now Still no solution It seems they dont care about their patients just money Its so frustrating And they may or may not answer their phones And wont return calls either I've called over a week now still isn't resolved

After waiting for 5 weeks I am told they arent ready for me. They told me to just go without medication until they get around to doing their jobs. Worst experience I've seen. How can you schedule an appointment and not be prepared for it after asking someone to take off work and take their kids out of school?

It's a great environment and people are very friendly. It's been a big help for me and my family.
