        Horrible experience! A/C has been broken for months.they only fix it for the couple days corporate was visiting. Shame on DT upper management. extremely understaffed. Saff is also underpaid and under trained. Hopefully this location will be 1 of the 1K stores that are shutting down soon!!

        This store honestly just sucks and doesnt care about the customers who keep them jobs. I had to use the bathroom while I was in the store, and I waited outside for the lady to finish cleaning. As soon as she finished I went in to use the bathroom and she abruptly stated that she just cleaned the bathroom and its off limits. She further stated that customers cant use the bathrooms. So tell me this, if the bathrooms arent meant for the public, why do you advertise them for public use? They signs stating if our restrooms arent fit to your needs, let management know.

        Customer service is horrible, I walked in with my service animal and was told I'm a living fu.... I don't have one but yet there was 2 old lady's in the store with their lap dogs. I have been a customer there for over 2 years, the manager Joyce was very rude and cussing AR me while kids were in her line with their parents. Staff has no filters with their phones on speaker and tracking the company while customers are being rang out. The fact she asked for papers is illegal as can be and she has yet to be accountable for repercussions of this. If you want rater R entertainment I recommend this location but keep your kids out
