Stratford Apartments

Gary the maintenance manager is excellent my experience living here currently and for the last two years plus my maintenance and service calls have been handled excellently! Maria is a very good property manager my apartment is very very quiet with a large green area in front of it. Most of the people are very friendly and quiet. The management does not take care of driveways or pavement or trimming of any trees the pavement is a disastrous condition to drive on and all of the trees are completely overgrown one tree even fell on my car and caused $2000 damage they do not keep up with the asphalt at all there are deep potholes and they will not fix them and they do not take care of the grass or plant any fresh grass!

I enjoy living at the Stratford Apartments. Gary and Billy are the best maintenance crew; they are friendly and efficient. Whenever something needs to be fixed in my apartment, Gary or Billy is on it. My neighbors are amazing and friendly. I have made a lot friends since moving here about a year ago. Its peaceful and quiet. The location is perfect for me because everything that I need is just right there. Maria, the manager, is superb! She is professional and always answers all my inquiries.
