Dr. Jarnigan and his PA Karlie are the ONLY medical professionals (outside of my super helpful and amazing Axonics rep) that actually care about helping me and my bladder/vaginal problems! I saw an enormous amount of Doctors at Vanderbilt for my vaginal issues and not a single one of them could diagnose me or offer a different treatment plan other than the one I've been on for years. FINALLY someone listened to me, diagnosed me, and has medical interventions to help me! Feeling like there's hope on the horizon is amazing. I'm so grateful for this office and its care. Even the nurse was extra delicate with me during treatment for my IC/OAB. I first went to this office in 2020; it's now 2023 and my opinion has only grown more positive.

I had surgery to repair my bladder due to inconsistent and treatment for ICB (painful bladder syndrome).I would recommend Dr. Managing to anyone needing help with any female problems. He's great .
