This review is addressed to the Superintendent of Franklin Water & Sewer: I would like to commend your dept's quick response to a sewer problem we had at our Franklin residence. I made a call to them Monday aft and they were at our house by 3:30 that same afternoon. The gentlemen who arrived at our house were Chad and John. They were extremely helpful and gave us easily understood explanations. They said they needed to come back with a camera to check out our sewer pipes and they were here before 8 this morning (Tue) . Again John and Chad were here and they had 2 other gentlemen who helped locating our pipe, etc. I was very impressed with their work, friendliness, and commitment to us in fixing our problem; which was fixed.
