They charged me $450 for a 12-mile tow. I called two other companies prior who quoted me around $300. This company told me $200 plus $5/mile. With some quick math it was an easy decision. Once my vehicle was loaded and we were en route to my destination, the driver told me the real price: the base fee was actually $250, there was a hook fee of $50, and I had to pay for the miles the tow truck had to drive to me. I broke down in Franklin, I called a Franklin tow company to take me to a Franklin repair shop. I thought I was doing the right thing, but I was treated to an actual highway robbery in return.

Unprofessional, wouldn't recommend this company to my enemy. Poor communication, no upfront pricing. They take advantage of people in need. My request for assistance was 6:48 pm, job was done at 8:30 pm. I was charged 3 hours of labor ($250 /hr) and $210 fuel charge. Before they came out they requested pictures of the tire, I sent them via text. They charged me $15 for sending pictures....really? The tire charge was $300 (I bought a spare the next day, tire and rim, cost me $175. So you know they hike up the price of the parts, too) Then when it came to payment I was treated in the most unprofessional manner I've ever experienced as a customer. For payment they have 3 options only: it is Zelle, CashApp or Cash only (I asked about credit card and they said we don't accept them because they said I (the customer) will just call my credit card company tomorrow and deny it was me and they will be out the money...) I don't typically carry $1275 cash on me and I didn't have either of the apps they accept. So I created an account on the side of the interstate and my bank held the funds stating it was a suspicious transaction (makes sense). Since it was after hours they couldn't resolve until the bank opened at 8:30 am the next day. This angered the Priority Wrecker contact and I was told "well my driver will just have to follow you to an ATM" Ummm, what ATM gives out $1275??? I told them it is on hold, sent bank screen shots proving it was on hold and that it would be paid in the morning but they didn't want to believe me. They wanted me to give collateral that I was going to pay them. UNBELIEVABLE! They finally let us go home (1.5 hours away) and the next morning promptly as the bank opened we had the balance paid. I didn't even get a simple thank you from the person I was speaking with. As a matter of fact he didn't even respond to me. I had to call someone else to get a copy of the invoice with details of the charges. Then they sent the invoice via text 52 times. I take that as extreme sarcasm. Overall, they did do one good thing, (which is why I gave 1 star vs 0...) they fixed the tire. Now I will be forever traveling with a spare tire for my trailer, lesson learned. I have more to share on this horrible experience, but I will sum it up with this: CALL SOMEONE ELSE

Stay as far away as you can from this business. They do as they wish no matter what your wishes are. We made a service call and the driver said the truck needed to be towed away without even checking it. When we asked for it to be towed to a near by dealership he agreed but then went on to tow it to their place of business. We explicitly asked for them not to preform any services because we wanted it taken elsewhere. I then received a bill for $5000+ for towing and checking the truck *which we did not authorize*. They charged for 2 day parking when our truck was not even with them for 24 hours.

We needed assistance with a flat tire today on the side of 65. My husband only needed a tool. He ended up taking the truck bed off and cutting a wire to get our spare loose. The man from your company who came to assist only jacked the truck up. We were initially told this would be $446! Once we called it was dropped to $375 which is still ridiculous for the 5 minutes of work that was done. To top it off they dont take cards only cash app for an extra charge or cash. Use anyone else.
