        Our realtor never entered our home not one time during our sale. We could have used some tips to make it sell faster. Other buyers realtors were kind enough to do that for us. Our benchmark realtor promised us a gift upon sale of the home - never got one. We had a beautiful home and it took 5 months to sale. I really dont think she put any effort into it. I did pull up sites and our home was not even listed on local sites. The wording to our home listing was terrible. We redid it. The worst part -She talked only to my husband and left me out of conversations with our buyer. When I would text concerns she answered him not me. I was on the deed too. I just felt horrible dealing with her and i do believe she intended to make me feel that way. We were just about to change realtors when we got a buyer. I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

        Tina Riley is our agent. She is awesome and will go out of her way for you. She will get everything in her power done for you. She doesn't hold back. Definitely recommend her. We closed today and it only took 3 weeks.

      Teresa is a native Nashvillian. She grew up in southern Davidson County. She has a history in basic accounting and bookkeeping. Keeping books for up to four companies at once while also securing employee benefits, outsourcing programs, purchasing raw fresh produce from around the North American Continent, and purchasing office supplies and equipment. She has developed handbooks, forms, and procedures for companies by listening to their needs and requirements. These have been used by companies for over 20 years. Teresa has had the privilege of being a company spokesperson, performing both live and recorded commercials on WSMV-TV and WTVF-TV as well as cooking on "Talk of the Town" for 3 years.
