Have worked with Parks in the past on more than one occasion and very pleased. After having worked with Travis Swanson, unfortunately the opposite experience. He is good at promising things, but once the ink dries, good luck getting him to followup or even care about maintenance requests or any issues for that matter. After an agreement for a 12 month lease at an agreed rate, he changed it to 9 months. After agreeing to break the lease and forfeit the deposit, he then comes back a month later asking for the last months rent (since they were unable to rent it). We were told the rent would be prorated if they found someone. They did, but. As luck would have it, the supposed cleaning, repairs and painting that were required supposedly ate up the amount we were due. We had no keys, no access, no indication that there was an issue until weeks later. Travis says one thing but does another. I wouldnt suggest working with Travis Swanson. If you do GET IT ALL IN WRITING.
