I am more than happy to recommend Ellie Smith as an excellent agent for your real estate needs. As our real estate agent in 2016, she was from the outset, an active listener to our needs and wants and worked diligently to satisfy them. It is both an honor and a pleasure to recommend Ellie Smith for handling any real estate transaction. Ellie did not list my home--although it was my first preference to use her services--due only to her own personal business and an imminent relocation. It is important to note that over the last 25 years my husband and I were involved in 10 different real estate transactions, so I feel that I am in an excellent position to evaluate the process. Throughout the extended period of time that my home in Sun City Shadow Hills was listed, Ellie never hesitated to provide guidance and recommendations to aid in the sale of our home. She personally supported weekly open houses in an attempt to increase the number of people viewing the property and provided regular updates and comparisons of competing properties to insure our price point was optimum. In fact, Ellie provided much greater support and guidance than our actual listing agent. In my estimation, Ellie deserved to get 100% of the commission for the sale of my home. I only wish I had been able to accomplish this! Ellie's professionalism, knowledge of the local and surrounding markets, and gracious style and personality are a rare gift.
