Tasha Caldwell is a breath of fresh air in this crazy market! My fiancé and I have nothing but kind words for this woman. She worked tirelessly to find us the perfect house and encouraged us through the ups and downs! Between soaring prices and bidding wars, I don't know if we would've gotten a house without her! Being first time home buyers we were a little intimidated by the process, but Tasha went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. She was by our side every step of the way, starting with the pre-approval process. Tour after tour, we realized that not only were we excited to see the next listing, but also just looking forward to spending time with Tasha! It really felt like working with a friend. We're even a little bit sad that the house hunting process is over because that means no more weekly chats with Tasha! Tasha put in long days, weekends, and nights to find the right home for us. And we didn't make it easy on her! We were interested in all types of residential property whether that be new builds, pre-existing homes, or plots of land. She took everything on our wish list and made it reality! It was very clear to us that Tasha's top priorities were our happiness and safety. We will be recommending her to all of our friends!

Cyndis was very professional in all that she did. All my questions were answered so that I understood. She was also very helpful in getting everything done: keeping me informed on all that was going on, helping to find companies to fix the updates requested, helping with the moving and arranging the furniture in my new place and helping with the cleaning of the house I was moving out of. The best agent I have ever had. Went above and beyond what I was expecting.
