These people are the worst at customer service at every turn. I would strongly recommend you not use them at all....as they pretty much useless based on their responsiveness and performance.

Not professional at all. I was trying to rent a place from Jon Y on behalf of Crye-Leike. He does not return calls, doesn't return emails and even if you call the main office he still doesn't get back to you. And if you don't get him to answer don't believe a word he says he's going to do. Very poor business practices

We have sent Jason Murphy an email regarding our local office that he “oversees” in Bryant. He is aware the realtor at our local office did not uphold his end of a building contract, and has been unresponsive as our agent. Jason Murphy should be responsive as well, but has failed to acknowledge our issue. Crye Leike is not being represented well by either Jason Murphy or Jeremiah Oltmans. When a purchase of a home and land is hundreds of thousands of dollars, you should expect and receive communication.
