We previously had our properties managed by a different property management team and we had 4 evictions because of bad tenants. From then, we have moved our properties to Gemstone and it has been night and day. Matt, Madeline and Tamara had efficiently addressed all my concerns of keeping quality tenants and are always there when I need them. Matt took it on himself to personally go and check-on my vacant property during the tornado/winter-storm season to make sure there were no damages. It is a breath of fresh air working with the excellent team that Matt has organized.

We recently requested Gemstone Solutions to manage one of our properties. Prior to that, we have properties managed by another property management company. Having engaged with other property management companies , I can definitely tell how Gemstone truly cares and handholds and keeps me informed every step along the way. In the recent tenant onboarding process, I was informed of all the possible tenant applications and I, along with Gemstone team help, picked the best tenant for our home. Matt, Madeline, Tamara and Karen - You are excellent in what you do and it's a pleasure to work with each of you.

Matt and his team are true professionals! Madeline found a perfect tenant for our rental and her follow through is exceptional. Im so thankful to have found them and know that our home is in good hands.
