I purchased a Groupon from "Redefine Medical Aesthetics" less than two weeks ago. As of last Monday through today, ALL the phone numbers listed within their Groupon and on their website go straight to an "automated computer generated answering service" that hangs up on the caller.
They did not respond to any emails either. Today their website had an announcement that they are "temporarily closed" and also apologize for any """INCEONVEINANCE"" THIS MAY CAUSE"
(Yes, all caps and misspelled as well. Impressive.) Well, it is a $160 inconvenience for me and a waste of time also. Redefine Medical Aesthetics is a sham, and I am pursuing a case against them with my bank (Groupon had me on hold over an HOUR). Do not purchase from them.
I usually do not complain about a business, but this entire experience has been completely miserable and ultimately frustrating. They are stealing and unless someone says something, it will continue.
