Kenzie Wood Photography

We have used Kenzie twice for headshots. The first experience (November, 2020) was fantastic! Pictures were beautiful, she responded to emails promptly, and final images were delivered quickly. We just used her again (August, 2021) for updated headshots and it was the complete opposite experience. She was quick to send gallery and request final balance. However, its been over a month since we selected and shared the six images we wanted edited. Last Friday she promised to have the final images to me by Saturday at noon. We have yet to receive them and she has stopped responding to emails, texts, and messages via Instagram. I have requested a full refund. At this point she has $200 from us and we have nothing to show. While the photographer is very talented, I would be cautious in dealing with her. *I will update my review if/when the issue is resolved.

I was referred to Kenzie for my daughters headshots. We communicated through texted only for several weeks. It looked like we were going to have some hiccups, but Kenzie put me at ease and offered solutions as a customer service driven professional. When we arrived, my daughter was sleep and I was concerned that Kenzie would likely need to be creative and crafty to get a 9 year old to wake up and be camera ready ASAP. My daughter was elated with the studio. The dressing room was huge, well lit, equipped, and it made her feel like she was backstage getting ready for the gig of her life! Kenzie opened space for my daughter to be herself and have fun. Super fun experience!!
