Erika was recommended to us by friends. She was all they said she was. We have had our share of realtors in our lifetime, Erika was the best realtor we have ever had. She knows the market, pays attention to detail, gives sound advice, works hard, is organized, is very personable, and cares for her clients. We loved her so much that we trusted her with our kids help them find their dream homes. That says it all!

Erika was a god-send. I was planning a move from NJ to Tennesse, and didn't know any realtors here. I asked some online friends for advice. Erika was the one suggested. She contacted me well ahead of my expected house hunting trip to find out what I was looking for, where I wanted to be, and important things like budget! LOL. When we met, we met as old friends. Her suggestions and insights were so helpful in this insane market down here! She handled a lot of the items of the sale process in my stead, since I was still in NJ until closing, such as the home inspection, the builders' walkthrough, etc. I couldn't have done this without her assistance. If you want the best in the area, definitely - CALL ERIKA!

Erika Kurre is the best! She sold our house in Franklin, TN (Temple Hills subdivision) for the best price in less than a week! When we decided to sell our home, we talked to some of our neighbors and several friends that live in the Grassland area and all of them mentioned Erikas name as the right agent to to do the job. Erika is very smart, knowledgeable, has a lot of experience, very professional, highly respected and trusted by many in the field. She is a brand in the Grassland area. Yes, she is that good! Erika was phenomenal to work with! She went well above and beyond in helping us find a home in Nashville. Before we even began officially working with her as our realtor she spent time helping us find schools and discussing the pros and cons of different neighborhoods. When we began looking for a home, she fought hard to find us the best possible home to fit our family. In addition to spending a long weekend touring homes, she went out of her way to take virtual tours for us since we were buying over long distance in the midst of competing to find a home in the hottest housing market that Nashville has ever seen. Thanks to her efforts we were finally able to find a home in a wonderful neighborhood.
