The last three transactions were with Candace--two small connected farms in Gallatin and a house on the Cumberland River in Nashville. As a sales representative, Candace got me top dollar! She advised on steps to take to make the sale properties more attractive and salable. She recommended a top notch contractor to perform work needed to make the property qualify for government loan programs. As a buyer representative, she negotiated an exceptionally favorable price for my new place. Candace is professional, very informed, extraordinarily energetic and hard working. If I could give them 100 stars I would! Tedd and Candace go above and beyond the call of a realtor. Not only did they get my home sold swiftly for top dollar they did so with kindness and graciousness that Ive never seen before. We had two young kids at the time and Tedd and Candace on multiple times helped us clean or move furniture and encourage us! They also made the home buying process seamless! They helped us buy a home against multiple offers in a competitive market. If we ever sold or bought a home again , without a doubt, we would use them again. Thank you!

"Candace did an awesome job, being patient, humble, and wise within the market that we were currently in. We could not have asked for anyone better than Candace and her team to represent us while buying our property. She was referred to me by another realtor, who wasn't as familiar with the area we were looking at. We live across the country and this is our first rental investment, so it is a little scary. Candace went above and beyond to make sure this deal happened. It seemed like it wasn't going to happen at first, there was an investment firm wanting to buy it, but she came through, doing everything she could to get our offer accepted. Then, it was a lot of stress getting this property to close because of the lender we chose to work with. She never gave up on us, reassured the seller, was able to extend our contract 3 times, and did everything she could to make sure it closed on time. Not only that, she was so helpful and friendly answering all my questions and concerns about running this type of a rental, being that she has her own personal experience. She referred me to great people for insurance, property management etc. I felt like I was her only client, the way she was so easy to get a hold of and always returned my messages right away. I know she is super busy and has listings and clients buying properties worth so much more than the condo we bought. I believe she worked just as hard for us as she would for someone buying a million dollar property. She truly became a friend, and I will no doubt be keeping in touch and visiting her when we go out to our rental.
