Ashlea was absolutely amazing in our home search experience during a time when buying a home was unlike anyone experienced in past years. She negotiated on our behalf. She helped us, since we were new to the area, with contacts for various inspections. In addition, even after we moved in she got us an amazing painter and other contacts to help us make the house our home. I highly recommend Ashlea in your home selling or buying journey.

We have moved twice in the past 2 years and had wonderful experiences with Luxury Homes International. Our first move was from New York State and Ashley was with us every step of the way. Our second move (within TN) was handled by Amy Anderson and went equally as great. Both agents took a deep personal interest in our needs while jumping hurdles and heading off potential snags before they became an obstacle for us to try and negotiate. In both cases, we felt like we were the only ones each of them was working for, knowing that they have multiple clients at any given time. I have aggravated this beautiful young lady for a couple of months now. I must say, it has been quite a journey. She is so very attentive to details, and she is not afraid to point out what could be problems in the future. I have changed my mind over and over again, and she very calmly tells me not to worry. We will find your new home for you. What a blessing she has been to me in my search for what is likely to be my last home ever. Thank you Ashlea for being you. Buying a house is stressful on its own; selling and buying at the same time is even worse. There are many variables to take into consideration and circumstances that you have no control over. However, finding good help is a key component of that equation. In the last few months, we have experienced that life first-hand, we bought a new house and sold another with such perfect timing, making this transition an enjoyable experience. That is why we are so grateful for Ashlea Pflug, our realtor who I had the pleasure to meet.
