When moving from out of state, she helped us find a home to rent. One year later, we would meet most weekends to look at homes. We looked at many homes and even thought we finally found it. When the sellers backed out, we had to start all over, and she did not miss a beat. She picked up on what we liked most (in our case more land) and a few more houses later, we found it! MaryKathrine is patient, kind, hard working, and detailed. I recommend her whenever I can. We are still in contact with one another, and she even sent us a Valentine's card. We consider her a friend.
