Courtney was absolutely wonderful to work with from the beginning. At our meeting, she took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and was very Knowledgeable about all of the new construction offerings in the Franklin area. She helped us narrow down the exact neighborhood we wanted to be in. During the building process, she was a sounding board For any questions we had and she was an excellent advocate between us and the builders. She knows new construction in and out and knew What questions to ask or what details to add that we would not have Thought of. For the sale of our old home, Courtney was instrumental in helping us get over asking price In a multiple offer situation in a short weekend. We would highly recommend Courtney. She was such a blessing and made the selling/building/buying process enjoyable And as stress-free as possible.
