Looks like you left this review while our 2 person crew were busting their butts working non-stop to serve hundreds of people hand-made shaved ice at a football game we were invited to to help raise money for the school. This type of review can get staff in trouble. Luckily, I, the owner was on board personally, and witnessed how hard both I & Kassy were working. Normally I would ignore a troll review, but Kassy was so exceptional tonight, I wanted to take the time to sing her praises. Not only did she hustle, but she stayed focused, organized, and greeted each customer kindly with a smile. She didn’t even stop between customers one single time to drink some water. Just non-stop hard work and grace through a line that didn’t stop for the entire 4 hrs we were there. Then, she came back to the shop and continued non-stop working to restock and clean. We both finished up just before midnight. I WELCOME YOU TO JOIN US ON A SHIFT TO TEACH US HOW TO HUSTLE! Let me know when your next free Friday night is!
