Silvana helped my husband and I buy our first home! I initially had a different realtor, but I quickly realized that he was looking out for his bottom line more than what we wanted from a house. As soon as I made the move to Silvana I knew I made a great choice! She was patient and knowledgeable and she took the time to explain the very confusing process to me. Not only that, but she helped me understand the neighborhoods of Memphis and made sure I was only looking in places where I would feel safe and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Silvana to anyone that I know that is looking to buy or sell a house. Shes the best and I still reach out to her anytime I need home advice or recommendations for contractors!

Very grateful and proud to have chosen the best Realtors Silvana Piadade, the most professional person I know in her profession. sold our house in Bartlell, I want to comment that on the last day of the closing there were small inconveniences for the other Realtors who helped the buyers of the house and while she argued non-stop demonstrating her lack of professionalism and on the other hand, Silvana was very professional and at no time lost. very calm sanity answered her cries and in the end Silvana professionally knew how to solve the demands of the woman who wanted to create a storm in a glass of water.
