Our 1st day of sale was also a showing which went incredibly well with multiply offers and in a contract the following morning. Jeremy was fantastic to work with. We had many set backs due to unforeseen circumstances from prospective buys but he was able to navigate and negotiate a wonderful price just in time for us to keep our purchase in another state. There is no one better at removing the stress of buying/selling a home than Jeremy (the Nashville Real Estate Guy).
