Finding a realtor is a simple task they seem to be around every corner, especially during good economic times, we know we spent 10 months with one who could not close a deal, so we took it off the market. Finding a GREAT realtor takes work on the homeowner (seller or buyer), part. Jennifer is one of those GREAT realtors. She is very methodically in her approach to either selling or buying a house. First and foremost, she listens, she listens to your wants, needs, thoughts and ideas. She explains to you through discussion and visual presentation how she works and what you can expect from her. We engaged her to sell our home she came in like a whirlwind presented us with a complete detail plan. Then we went to work going through each room (she had a great eye for staging) re-staging furniture, asking us to remove a few items, and she brought certain pieces from her stash to accent our home. Not only did she give us directions, but she also helped move furniture, placed accents where they needed to go, and gave us a list of items to do before each showing to maximize our home show. We all worked together, and she had a professional photographer come through and make the pictures that she wanted as well as a video- first rate outstanding pictures and video. She was already marketing the house through her network. We placed the house back on the market, and within 3 days we had a fantastic offer. But wait, she did not stop there she walked us through each stage of the process up to and through closing. Many times, she had to bird-dog the buyers seller who failed to make escrow deposits on time, appraisal timely, walk through, filing of paperwork timely without her we are not sure that closing would have happened. Bottom line if you want a GREAT realtor that will work for you hire Jennifer, she is in your corner from the get-go. We highly recommend Jennifer for which ever situation you need a realtor. She is a GREAT realtor.
