Kyle and Jen are truly the best. Our realtor in North Carolina referred them as soon as we started our search in Nashville.. and they did not disappoint! They helped us find an incredible home in the Gulch quickly, and once we decided to sell, it was another incredible experience. I wouldnt work with any other realtors.

If you read the reviews here you will know what an incredible real estate agency Wallace Group is but I'm going to add yet more praise. We have been involved in real estate investment for many years, so this feedback is after years of working with professionals in this field. After a very personal and informative phone call over a year ago with Kyle, we decided to start investing in rental property in Tennessee. We were turned over to Jen as our buyer's agent and after purchasing two investment properties in a very competitive market with her, we were blessed a few months ago with the opportunity to move permanently to Tennessee. We knew just who to call for our personal residence and to say that Jen has gone above and beyond is an understatement. We had a number of needs and wants so it was not always easy to find good options. She worked hard to find them and was always available for questions and concerns, ready to handle all curve balls not to mention so kind and patient. We can't say enough about Jen and this amazing real estate group. We will forever recommend her/them to all that ask.
