We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Jared Johnson at Impact Properties. Being first time homebuyers, the home buying process can be a little daunting and overwhelming, but Jared made it totally seamless. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout, Jared was professional. He was profoundly knowledgeable about the local market and made sure we always felt like a priority; answered every call and responded to text messages and e-mails promptly, which allowed us to get an incredible deal that exceeded our expectations. We were able to get our dream home before it ever hit the market thanks to his quick and excellent negotiation skills. He consistently found ways to get us the best deal possible, and introduced us to an equally incredibly broker who eased all of our home buying concerns. They also went out of their way to ensure every detail was taken care of from arranging lawn care to researching potential issues with the property, and even keeping up with our loan locks and expirations. Despite a few unforeseen bumps, Jared demonstrated immense patience and understanding of our situation. We had a long escrow (due to aforementioned unforeseen bumps) but he took it all in stride right along with us. His commitment to excellence and dedication to his clients is pretty outstanding. Hes become a friend, not just our realtorand for that, we are thankful! What a blessing! With all that said, I highly recommend Jared to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services! Jared has truly been a blessing from God! He has a true passion for what he does, he works hard for his clients and is there every step of the way. Jareds sincere willingness to want to meet the needs of his clients, gave me the courage to take a huge leap of faith. By Gods Grace I was able to move my family from California to the beautiful state of TN. Jared never gave up on us and never allowed me to settle for less.
