Lame! Have a Dodge Sprinter. The service person said they don't work on Dodge. Had to explain to them it's a Mercedes Chassis... Don't even know their vehicle line. Sad, very sad. To be perfectly clear, my question and request was for 'service' and my question was indeed about 'service' '. There was no talk about any recall. Only talk at all, was about how your dealership does not work on Dodge specifically. Your employee may have done better explaining that Mercedes doesn't work on recalls, however this conversation had absolutely nothing to do with a recall.

One of the nicest facilities I've ever been too. Up front and honest. They weren't able to help me but I would recommend anyone to them.

As the owner of two AMGs (since 2012) I am so impressed with the service department and particularly Ashley, asst service manager. She is so knowledgeable and responsive, keeping me well informed on all the issues with my cars. And she is the first to arrive in the morning and last to leave. When I had an issue with the tire pressure sensors (most likely due to the fact I have 20 wheels on what is normally supposed to be 19 for my 2012 CLS63) she kept on it for days until a solution could be found. And she had the car picked up and delivered back to my home, freshly washed a second time and with a full tank of gas! I was quoted over $9,000 at another repair shop "because of oil in the wiring harness" so I took it here and they found my CLS63 only needed new spark plugs and two coils, costing just $1400. I won't ever be going back to the other place.
