Athena Care Franklin

I started down this road in August 2023 with my sons primary doctor to get him tested. The referral was sent to Athena. Got a call in early October to schedule an appointment for the end of January. Were told at the end of the consultation appointment that we would be contacted in 30-45 days to schedule testing. They called at 59 days and left a message. I called them back to schedule the testing and was told someone will be contacting me. A week later I still have yet to hear from anyone. I called again but, once again someone will call me back to schedule testing. I am not holding my breath. They seem to be in no hurry to help anyone. How am I suppose to get my son help when it takes so long just to get an appointment?

A pleasant experience - I did not have to wait long at all for my appointment to start, it was a soothing atmosphere, and my test administrator was very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Athena Care has been amazing for my care. Dr. Sparks-Bushnell is attentive, listens, and tries to tailor the treatment to what is needed to be your best self.
