        Went to fastpace in fayettville tn with a serious toe infection on sat dr cleaned it and dressed it told me i needed to be put on a strong antibiotic they still havent called it in 24 hours later

        I had a horrible experience at the Grenada,MS clinic today which culminated in the receptionist throwing my insurance card through the window at me. I tried calling corporate to complain. It just left me on hold until I finally hung up. The email link for customer service doesn't work. I typed the whole incident into the complaint form and the submit button doesn't work. Obviously they do NOT want to hear about any of the problems with their clinics. I will NEVER go there again.
