        It would be lower but it wont take 0 as a rating, called about a damaged roof gave me a number for a "guy", and the "guy" never called back..18 years I have payed a combo of car and homeowners... For a "guy".. When I needed help, service, assistance Edward was not there... but he shows up for his check just fine. Maybe its Farmers as a whole and this is their service model. Either way... I could probably pay some one less for more.
