        Black Pearl Home Care in Franklin TN has the best customer service.  I needed help with my mother once she left the hospital after breaking her leg.  The Agency Manager met me and my mom at the hospital. She explained the services to me and mom.    I end up hiring the agency to help my mom at home when I would not be able to be there.  The manager met us at home and took great care of my mother.  She was able to get home services started immediately.  I don't know what I would have done without them.  I work full time and a mother of two.  Thanks Black Pearl Home Care!! I would recommend them to anyone.
