We were subcontracted to complete asphalt work in the new West End Station subdivision and were not paid by a contractor who meritage homes hired. Contractors beware, Meritage homes will not ensure all contractors are paid for work completed and you will be stuck holding the bills for labor and materials.

Garbage, shoddy construction. No one answers warranty line. Voicemail goes unanswered. Glad I'm only renting this dump. My landlord is a sucker. I know what not to buy in a year.

Would not recommend. Cant get a hold of the warranty department after having major HVAc Issues. Left multiple messages and request to get setup with warranty portal since I am the second owner of the home and never hear anything back. The company that did the HVAC install on the home said the warranty will not carry over the second owner. Would like to get clarification from Meritage on this matter.
