    The tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. It is absolutely impressive with the level of battlefield preservation and restoration that they have achieved on a mostly lost battleground.

    I am so glad to see this is a TN state park now. It is nice to see parts of the Franklin battlefield being reclaimed as at least green spaces in the city. For many years, I knew a lot of people who wanted and worked to see this place happen. Many times, it is sad to see a pizza place go, but it needed to go in this case. If visiting the other historic spots in Franklin, don't forget to stop here.

    It's a pretty cool spot, but it's just a field with a plaque. Not too much too see compared to the other amazing civil war attractions in the area.
