        I live out of town. I saw Laurel and Leaf on the internet and called them to order a bouquet to be delivered to my friend. The young lady (Im sorry I dont remember her name) was very professional and courteous. She made a gorgeous arrangement and delivered it just a few hours later! Great experience. I would use Laurel & Leaf again if needed.

        Super easy to order online, did an amazing job with color palette I requested, sent a photo of finished custom order, and gave reliable delivery as promised! Beautiful arrangement with higher end blooms! Thank you L&L! Id for sure use you again!!

        We ordered an arrangement for delivery from Laurel & Leaf. The online ordering process was easy. The bouquet was beautiful & delivered promptly. They even texted me a picture of the finished bouquet in advance of the delivery! Couldnt be more pleased!

      I am so sorry you had an experience that involved our delivery vehicle. Unfortunately, I have no way of knowing what this experience entailed as this is the first I am hearing about this and there are no specifics noted in your comments. I have no record of you as a client so I can only assume this was an encounter while driving? Our drivers have been with us for sometime and I have never had a complaint or any issues or infractions so I would be interested to know what your experience was.
