Burger King - Closed

I would write zero stars if I could. I ordered online to pick up dinner and already paid for it and when I went to pick it up I sat in the drive thru for 15min waiting for someone and I went to go inside but sign said drive thru only.

I went to this BK because I was in the area I decided to give BK another try because I was hungry, well I must say this BK DID NOT Disappoint at all ALL of my food was hot and fresh without me requesting so and the lady at the drive thru Reese was very nice and sweet. She has great customer service and she called me sweet heart it reminded me of my grandma whom called me that. If Im ever in this area again I will be sure to visit again at least this BK anyways.

Workers inside but no one running drive through apparently. Waited in line as car after car gave up and drove off. Waited at window for 10 minutes. Nothing

If you want to dine in don't bother. After seeing the BK tv advertisements for new products I have tried 5 times to go there in about a month and a half. They are either completely closed or only the drive through is open. I was at the nearby Kroger last Sunday and noticed people dining in then, so I went back today to give them one last chance. Guess what? dining room not open. Here is the thing, there were 3 cars parked near the front doors but no one inside dining, so that must have been the staff? That is 2 more cars I've seen there when only the drive through was open. Not to mention there is a black broken down car that is always sitting at the back of the parking lot. Maybe BK needs to cut their advertising back and offer better pay and benefits to their employees?
