I am a PT who has been practicing for 37 years, and have been a customer of North American Seminars for 12+ years now, for both Live and Online courses. Their courses are always well organized and highly informative. The instructors are very knowledgeable and engaging. Above all, their customer service is top notch as I have had difficulties with my own 'operator error' and they have always bent over backwards to help me. All of their staff, from the first person who answers the phone, to the directors have been absolutely delightful! They have met my needs, and-then-some. Do not use this company. If I could give less than one star I would. Prior to taking this course I made it clear that I needed these credits to re-certify and this course was offered only one week prior to my re-certification date (I had other course options at that time). I was assured multiple times this would not be an issue and my money was quickly taken to assure a spot. Then this course was cancelled with less than 5 days notice, leaving me in awful situation. I was told "sorry nothing we can do, courses get canceled". You can have a discount on another course. Like, I would ever take another course with this fly by night company. There are much better options out there. I suggest looking elsewhere. You can not rely on this company. It is second rate.

As the Education Coordinator for Baptist Hospital, I have been working with North American Seminars for many, many years, bringing them to Miami for multiple seminars. They are a high quality, exceptional company to work with. They are honest, have integrity and wonderfully academic evidence based courses. The owner, Deb Vastano, is a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I would highly recommend using this company for CEU's.

I have been an instructor for North American Seminars since 1999. I find the owners to be acutely concerned about the quality of medical education delivered. They are passionate and professional about all of the details of putting on a course and insuring the highest quality of education. On rare occasions a course has to be cancelled due to a variety of unavoidable circumstances. Every effort to meet the expectations of the participants and faculty is made. They are a stellar group of people. When I attend other North American instructors' courses, I find the professionalism to be consistent across the board.
