        This groups stellar reputation is well deserved. The office is clean, check in was quick, and wait time was short. Dr. Navarro was awesome! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and skillful. She gave me treatment options and we decided on a course of action together. Rachel was also super friendly and skilled with injections! Coming from a needle-phobeI barely felt it. What else can you ask for?

        I have been so impressed with Franklin Dermatology Group. I have seen Dr. Broussard several times and her attention to detail is what stands out the most. She is thoughtful in her recommendations and takes the time to hear your concerns and address each one. I will also say the front desk staff and nursing staff are top notch. I'm so grateful to have discovered this practice!

        Ive been a patient for several years. Experience has been okay. This last check up Nikki person called to cancel and reschedule my appointment, thats all fine. We make an appointment for a much later date. When I see it on my phone a few day in advance I call office to verify. Office person tell me No appointment for that date. I ask her to check for any others date that maybe I have it wrong. No appointment at all. That makes me a little upset that Ive gotten it wrong that I was supposed to call them when they canceled. So we disconnect. Then I received a bill that I missed my appointment on the very day I called about.

        I called to make an appointment for my son per referral from his allergist. Has (terrible) side effect from a biologic for his chronic health condition worsened when he returned from college. Was told no appts until the end of August. I said hed already be back to college. Response was literally, thank you for calling, have a nice day. What? No urgent appts? This is an urgent medical need, not a cosmetic issue. Would never schedule any of my family here.
