I agree with the other reviews that Jackson Life Ins. representatives are not too helpful at all. The effort is MOSTLY on the "Very Dissatisfied Customer."

Nice people but slow service. No way to access a count online. Somewhat behind the times.

I have had a policy for 18 years. Know what you buy bc many negative comments are from not knowing what their parents bought years ago. Many different life policies are available. Term, whole life and universal. Universal is the one most complain about because if the accumulated funds are ever liquidated the premium will increase based on COI. I took a term policy out years ago knowing all that money is lost aft 20 years. Before people leave negative comments they should understand what was purchased. Im not surprised of the anger but you cannot blame any life insurance company for selling a legit product that liquidates itself in a time for cheaper premiums. My terminates in 2 years but thats what I purchased.
