        Rude manager (older black lady) She is always yelling at the customers and workers. Then calls them baby, like that makes up for her yelling.

        in all my years, ive never encountered such excellent customer service as how i did the night i went over to this dunkin. the two gentlemen hosted me with charming kindness and offered me thoughtful substitutes to the donuts i previously wanted. definitely made my night, need more people like this in everyday work force !!

        The coffee was like flavored water.and they say how many cream&sugars but i ended up putting it in my coffee myself.that medium sizedcoffee i ordered was not worth the $3.99 i spent.
