Dr. Gil Center for Back, Neck, and Chronic Pain Relief

I dont recommend Dr. Gil at all. The first two months I was doing great with the treatment I was getting for my herniated disc and in one of my visits the youngest guy decided to crack my neck. Sends the day I been feeling so awful. I been having headache, numbness in my face and in my arm. I cant even sleep at night. I been like this over a month my last treatment that was on 9/15 that they also charge $55dls. The older guy decide to crack me again he shift the pain from the right to the left and I end up in the ER with a severe headache and numbness in my head. They did a CT scan. The doctor said never let anybody crack you neck is Really dangerous. And today I hear back again to the ER in pain. I really dont recommend Dr. Gil. You guys messed me up really bad. This pain is just getting worse and my normal life is not it use too. I have to go to different specialist to find out what you guys did to me. Is been to long months. This is not right.

I was convinced I would live in pain forever until I experienced the Dr. Gil Center. The Doctors and staff are professional but personable. I am living so much more comfortably today. Thank you all ! Tanna

I've been coming here for decades and will continue to. The staff is fabulous! They always know me, and are very helpful. The location is good, right off of I65 in Franklin, TN. And of course, Dr. Dom is the best! He always spends extra time with me.

My wife had a herniated disc in her neck so I referred her to Dr. Gil. I have had two experiences there that were good, so I assumed she would have the same. She did not. About two months into her treatment, her neck was adjusted at one of the appointments. Immediately after this, she went back to having more severe neck pain, headaches and pain behind her eye. When I called to discuss, I spoke with Dr. Mancini. He acknowledged that the doctor adjusted her incorrectly, but continued to tell me she was feeling better and not experiencing pain. I dont know how he would know that, considering I watched her every day and night go through this pain, affecting her daily life and work. The pain got so bad we had to go to the ER. The doctor here preceded to tell us he never recommended patients getting their neck adjusted, because it could cause an abrasion to the vertebral and carotid arteries, potentially causing blood clots and a stroke. Luckily this has not happened yet. The only option Dr. Mancini offered was more treatment. After paying $5,000 already, and admitting she was adjusted incorrectly, this is not the response I wanted to hear. I was surprised to receive this lack of care and concern, because it was not what I had experienced before.

When I came in to the Dr Gil Center I had been experiencing lower back pain so I was seeking relief. I had tried physical therapy and pain meds but my pain kept resurfacing. From the moment I came in for a consultation, I was greeted by people I knew were going to help me. My scheduled appointments were timely and geared to my needs. I felt like they really listened to any concerns I had and adjusted my visits to fit my needs. The staff has been very friendly and always helpful in scheduling visits. I feel great and am grateful I made the decision to walk in their front door because my pain is gone!
