        Jacob Jones from the Franklin store went above and beyond helping me set up new phones, devices, and internet when he worked at the Murfreesboro Old Fort store today. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and promotions. I highly recommend making a trip to the Verizon in Franklin. Hell make sure you know about all of the available promotions and help you make decisions that will save you money and get the most for your money!

        Pretty amazing but not surprised! I was just informed by the greeter and the only person willing to help me that he's a salesperson and he knows nothing about the phones that he couldn't help me solve a problem but if I wanted to call somebody else they could.... So much for customer service.
