Love, love, love this property! Moving from Huntsville, AL back to Franklin came unexpectedly, but the management team made everything so easy for me. I told them what I needed and they narrowed it down to two apartments that fit my criteria perfectly. The grounds were pristine, and the two maintenance team members that I met seemed to really care about the property and the Residents. It was a pleasure and I am so excited to be calling this home soon.

This is a great place to live: clean, safe, and luxurious. Lots of walkable shops and dining. Feels a bit like living in a resort. Convenient to local schools and really everything. Property staff is responsive and kind. I highly recommend living here.

Great location - good nearby food & shopping options and the building was kept SO well! However, the best part of my tour experience was the staff. I was toured by Romanta, who not only answered all of my questions but had such a charming personality! He single handedly convinced me to live here. I know that I will feel at home here at the Town Center at Berry Farms!! Can't wait to move in!

Town Center Barry Farms is a very peaceful a beautiful place to live. You have almost everything you need right next to your home. An everyone in the office is so nice an helpful. Shonda the young lady who is in the front office is such a ray of sunshine. I would recommend this community to everyone. 5 stars from me.
