We are so grateful to call The Whitney home! The staff is so friendly and attentive to our needs. The amenities are top notch and the complex is one of the most reasonably priced in this area!

Very quiet place to live. Randy is great and the maintenance man is extremely nice. Definitely recommend!

Jason Watkins is the Property Manager at The Whitney in Franklin, Tennessee, and his sidekick, Tim, is the Onsite Maintenance Professional. Both deserve 5-Stars. I received only 30 days notice that I had to leave the historic home of 3900 square feet that my me, my wife, and 6 children had lived in for 9 years (3 have gone off to college). In order to stay in the city near my children's schools, I had to be willing to downsize and move fast. Every 4-bedroom or 3-bedroom property posted that I would find would be occupied sometimes within minutes of being posted. I contacted Jason on a Thursday night, and I had an email response by morning from him with an invitation to view the 3-bedroom around noon of that day. Jason had me approved over the weekend and handed me the keys by that next Wednesday. I cannot say enough of his professionalism and lightning speed response. The 3-bedroom townhome-styled bungalow that was available was recently renovated, and it has Tim's handiwork all over it from flooring to granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms to brand new appliances, to the generous availability of electrical outlets and Venetian blinds on every window that don't require curtains. I've driven by The Whitney thousands of times, and never thought this community was as put together as it is. Jason Watkins & Tim are a reliable team. Thank you!
