Had a great experience with Gary. AC stopped working and Gary quickly worked us into the schedule. Needed a replacement part and he got creative with a solution to get us up and running while avoiding a potential much more expensive investment in a new unit. Service was above and beyond, and I appreciated the communication and information as we worked toward resolution.

Gary and Brad at Air Environment Inc are absolutely amazing to work with. They have helped us with a service contract at our home where they have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Today they provided a full replacement of a previous "antique" system at our rental property. They provided terrific guidance about options for the equipment that we ultimately had them install and did an amazing job with the installation. What can I say - we love these guys! I have been using Air Environment since 2011, and highly recommend Gary. I cannot say enough good things about him and the service he and Brad provide. Over the years, I have had a handful of issues that require immediate attention and have had Gary at my home at 8 am on a Sunday morning. Recently, I woke up with no heat in my home. I sent Gary a text at 6:30, and he was at my home an hour later, and had me back up and running. I completely trust him with all of my heating and cooling needs. Gary and his team at Air Environment were nothing short of amazing. I called for an emergency repair and his team got my HVAC system repaired and cooling like an arctic blast. The Air Environment team was professional and treated me like a friend. I heartily recommend Gary for any HVAC issues you may have!

We have used Gary and Air Environment, Inc. for years. Our first HVAC unit they replaced literally as it was snowing one year in a matter of a day. We have been in our current house for a few years now and had our unit quit on us overnight. Called Gary on a Sunday morning and he had a new unit installed by noon the next day. Gary is always fairly priced and does amazing work. I have recommended them to multiple people in my family who would tell you the same thing. They are wonderful! Service: Installation
