Absolutely awesome! I called several companies and this was the only one who called me back. On a Sunday, no less! It's Monday and I still haven't heard from anyone else. I guess they don't need my business. Mickey's came out first thing Monday morning and had me good to go in no time!

I cant say how thankful I am for them nor enough great things. I needed some one immediately and he was on vacation answering the phone, walking me thru getting it up and going until he could get back in town. First thing Monday morning he was there to get it pumped. Absolutely love the service and kindness.

I had the most wonderful experience with Mickey's Septic Pumping! We are in the process of purchasing a home in another county that uses a septic system. In the midst of all of the to-do's and craziness of selling and buying a home, we almost forgot to schedule a septic inspection before our inspection period ended. I reached out to Kevin on a Wednesday afternoon and he was able to fit me in that Friday! During the inspection he discovered that our tank was positioned 3 feet underground. Instead of rescheduling, Kevin was able to reach out to a fellow plumber and get the equipment needed to dig down to the septic and perform the inspection as planned. Not only did they complete the task, they took the time to explain everything to me (a first timer when it comes to septic systems) and make me feel completely at ease about the process and the system as a whole. Kevin and his team worked until after dark and even in a pop-up storm and smiled the entire time. Their professionalism and kindness cannot be matched. Now I know exactly why they came so highly recommend by Petersburg Town Hall. We will be using Mickey's Septic Pumping for all of our septic needs from now on!
