      • Four Seasons

        Popped the roller out of the rail on the right side. Called Ben and he was in the general area and said he could stop by. He reviewed the integrity of the roller to insure it was not damaged and re-installed same in the holder and then the rail. All good in 15 minutes. Company I called prior to Hope Garage Door Repair wanted to come out and give an estimate after I already gave them detailed information as to what was wrong and they were not able to give me a ball park figure before having someone come out. Ben's price was fair and after his re-inspection of the whole assembly got every thing back to good working order.

        Ben just left my home after reprogramming my keyless entry and lubing and balancing the door. He was very competent, friendly, and responsive. I heard back from him less than 24 hours after contacting him and was scheduled immediately. He is my go-to now for anything garage related. Thanks, Ben!!
