Fixin' Stitchin' Machines

What a wonderful company. I bought my older model sewing machine to get the belt replaced. My machine works so good. I love the new bright light that he installed for me. He was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him. He sure knows his sewing machines.

My experience was fantastic! I had a lot of machines (and four pairs of scissors) and very little time. Jamin was able to turn all that around in less than 24 hours! Since two of the machines are top-of-the-line Pfaff machines, I don't trust their service to just anyone. Even though it was a rush job, Jamin was extremely thorough! I've worked with sewing machine service shops all over the country and these guys stand out as the best to me.

I had the privilege a few years back of working with Jamin servicing and repairing sewing machines. His attention to detail is exceptional and his ability to troubleshoot and repair is next level. He goes above and beyond to always be learning and honing his craft. Im impressed with his customer service. He strives to take care of every customer and their needs in a timely and professional manner. He has an incredible ability to connect with people on a human level. Hands down, Jamin is the one I would trust for quality and honest work. I would definitely recommend Jamin to anyone!

Jamin is one of the most thorough technicians you will ever find. He loves to learn about machines and not afraid to find answers if he doesn't have them himself. Jamin has serviced several of my machines - sewing, serging, and embroidery and has never disappointed me. Tennessee is lucky to have him!

Jamin is a delight to work with. Not only is he incredibly gifted as a machine repair specialist, he genuinely cares about each customer and their needs. His joyful personality is infectious and he will often go above and beyond what is necessary to make sure both his customers and their machines are working at their highest potential. He has a sincere love for sewing machines (especially the antiques), so no matter what the trouble is, you and your machine will always be in good hands with Jamin.
