Etowahs primary care location is very unprofessional! I waited over 30 minutes just to get two shots, and the nurse forgot I was there. When I went to the front desk she was sitting on the counter with her legs crossed talking to the other women there. I told them where to send my medication and when I got to that location 45 minutes later I was informed that they never sent it in to the pharmacy. I called the Etowah primary care and told them and they said they forgot but they'll send it in.... so I once again told them the pharmacy I use and instead they sent to a walgreens instead of CVS. Now I'm having to try to get it all transferred to the right location. It has been nothing but problems all day with this doctor's office because they don't want to do their job and do it correctly!! I would NOT recommend ever going to this doctor office!! I would rate them a 0 if I could!!
