        My husband and I took his 2005 GTO there to have headliner replaced and much of a surprise when he called us to pick up car he told us the car transmission only had second gear. It is a four speed automatic.. That had only 37 K miles on it. I followed my husband to take the car over there about 14 miles and the car ran great. He said he only parked the car in the garage and this happened. We asked him if he had driven the car and he said no. How could on driving this to the garage could this had happened. We have the car in a transmission shop which will cost $1800 to 2000 dollars. We really feel that he had driven the car. My husband and I were talking to him about the car he told us to pay him for the work and leave. Very very rude and unheard of this to happen at a garage.. I would suggest that no one take their car over there because we feel that he is very dishonest

      My God unbelievable the car was a peace of junk when I pulled it in the only way the car would move is in low gear. There was a customer standing there when I got in it. We checked the transmission fluid and it was black. I believe they were trying to get over on an honest working man bringing a broke down junk car to see if I would pay to fix it just cause they see all my toys I work hard for the things I haveWhats this world coming too I put a headliner in the car and they say I broke the transmission .I've been in business for over 30 years why would I want to drive a 16 year old car.At the time there car was at my shop I had a stingray corvette in the shop that would b the car too driveI dont drive customers cars never have and never will.Vivian banks is a scam person
