Moved to TN from PA and it took some time to get a primary care physician in the area. State of Franklin Urgent Care in Elizabethton was always wonderful and provided great care for my needs in the transition to a new state!

I am totally displeased with this place. Except for Tammy. I have something very serious going on and the care I received was nothing short of dismal. Working in the healthcare field for over twenty years, I know what quality patient care is, dont expect it here. No communication at all. My condition is worsening I feel as though sofa has turned there backs to me during the most stressful days of my life while awaiting and wondering what is wrong with me. Theres no excuse for not communicating with your patients. Im out of this place. Do research before you or a loved one seeks medical attention here. Ive been a patient for many years now and have watched sofa of Elizabethton go to the dumps as far as care goes.

State if Franklin Elizabethton states they have urgent care. My 87 Mother having breathing problems was turned away saying they were booked up. Waiting room was empty. I would not recommend anyone going Ballard Elizabethton. We had to go to Johnson City to get my Mother help. So much for urgent care from Ballard in Elizabethon TN.

So my wife had an appt at 1pm for some blood work to be done. It is important blood work because she was told she has life threatening levels of iron in her system. Not only was the appt set 2 weeks out, but after arriving there were 4 patients that came in after us that were called back before she was (just for blood work). Totally ridiculous.
